ZyTech Intermediate Engineer Role

Become part of ZyTech Building Systems as an Intermediate Structural Engineer in Alberta. Focus on delivering high-quality engineering for wood and concrete buildings throughout Western Canada.
This role seeks a candidate with 6 to 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience. You will engage in a variety of projects, collaborating with sales teams, builders, and Engineers of Record (EOR) to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include preparing technical details, conducting site inspections, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calculations, prepare municipal permit documents
• Collaborate with sales and builders to satisfy project timelines
• Participate in design reviews to ensure quality
