SEA Platform Operation & Business Growth

• Full ownership of (Urban Revivo) UR’s Zalora end‑to‑end operation and P&L, managing cross‑border & local warehouse fulfillment.
• Develop annual/quarterly business plans, accountable for GMV, gross margin, net profit and inventory turnover.
• Track platform policy changes and roll out timely solutions.
• Act as key contact with Zalora to secure traffic slots, campaign exposure and marketing resources.
• Formulate search/recommendation/promotion traffic strategies; optimize ad ROI and sponsored assortments.

Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Optimize listings and PDP content to lift conversion.
• Design exclusive pricing, assortment and clearance strategies; launch coupons & membership offers to boost AOV and repurchase.
