Zoho Backstage Event Administrator

Overview

About the role: We run high-stakes B2B events and need an experienced Zoho Backstage administrator to take ownership of the platform immediately. This is a hands-on engagement for someone who has already done this at scale - not a learning opportunity. You will configure, manage, and optimize every Backstage aspect of our events, from initial portal setup through post-event reporting, working independently and to tight event deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Backstage portal setup: event microsites, agendas, sessions, and speaker and sponsor profiles, with on-brand customization.
• Registration and ticketing configuration, including payment, tax, and approval workflows.
• Large-scale invitation and attendee communication campaigns (bulk sends of 500+ invitations per event), RSVPs, and automated reminders.
