**Position Summary**

Undergraduate students from Zamorano University from Food Science, Horticulture or Ag production will visit Gutierrez lab for a 5-month internship from August 2026 to January 2027.

Topics for the internship will be:

· CEA practices impacting food safety

· Fresh cut facility EMP

· Cantaloupe production and fresh cut practices
