We are currently seeking a Z3_Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Act as a servant leader and coach for the agile development team, fostering a culture of collaboration 
and continuous improvement. 
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and 
retrospectives. 
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to prioritize and manage the 
product backlog. 
Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals. 
Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress and success. 
Promote and uphold agile and Scrum principles within the team and the organization. 
Foster a positive and empowering team environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.
