职位描述：

１.Establish and calibrate process control documents and instructions like Work Instructions, control plan, FMEA,flow chart

负责预装区域工艺文件的编制、校核（作业指导书、控制计划、FEMA、过程流程图等）

２.Responsible for prefabrication process setup and line balance optimization

负责预装线体区域内工位效率提升工作，通过工位平衡，工艺优化不断实现效率产能提升，实现工艺标准化；

３.Improve current ergonomics situation in prefabrication ;

负责价值流的自动化设备（标准和非标）导入并交接给对应工艺工程师，生产和维修团队

４.Responsible for prefabrication area production quality improvement ,rootcause analysis, measurement implementation

负责预装区域质量推进，分析问题，制定措施，推进落地

５.Improve workstation layout, tool design and material presentation

改善工作区域的布局，工装设计和材料上线;

６.Lead factory LCA activities and conduct CIP team in SNa;

主导工厂的LCA活动并协调南京家电园的CIP资源

７.Control project cost budget and saving

控制预装区域的项目费用和节约
