Youth Work Manager

Limerick Youth Service is recruiting for a Youth Work Manager.

Skill / Experience

A recognised qualification at Level 7 or higher in Youth Work, Community Work, Social Care, or a related discipline

Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a youth work or community work setting, including management or senior leadership experience

A strong understanding of the Irish youth work landscape, including relevant legislation, policy and funding environments

Proven experience in staff management, supervision and team development

Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection including Children First National Guidance

Experience in programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting

Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑management skills

Ability to contribute strategically at Senior Management Team level
