Youth Residential Care & Welfare Mentor (3-Shift)

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Residential Care worker to supervise residents at a Residential Treatment Centre.

You will carry out daily operational duties, support residents’ welfare, promote discipline, and respond to crises, with responsibilities spanning physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs. Experience working with youth at-risk, basic counselling skills, and trauma awareness are required.
