5 months contract Role with a local authority Summary The Youth Justice Quality Assurance (QA) Leader is a pivotal role within a local authority, responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight in quality assurance, practice development, and performance management within the Youth Justice Service. This position ensures that all youth justice interventions, assessments, reports, and statutory functions are executed to the highest professional standards, in compliance with National Standards for Youth Justice, and aim to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, families, and communities.
