- Design personalized yoga sessions based on guests fitness levels health conditions and wellness goals.
- Ensure a safe welcoming and relaxing environment during all yoga sessions.
- Demonstrate and teach correct yoga postures breathing techniques meditation and relaxation practices.
- Monitor guests during sessions and provide appropriate adjustments to prevent injuries.
