In the role of Aquatics Program Development Specialist, you will focus on enhancing member experiences and driving retention strategies. Your responsibilities include developing new aquatic programs and ensuring adherence to YMCA's mission and values. You will also supervise a team of volunteers while managing essential safety protocols and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor aquatic program processes
• Collaborate with supervisors to set program goals
• Ensure compliance with YMCA best practices
• Act as Pool Operator according to regulations
• Foster a team environment through coaching volunteers
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
• 2 years’ experience in aquatics
