Lead yard operations and prioritize safety as the Yard Manager at UFA Farm & Ranch Supply. Oversee shipping, receiving, and staff performance to ensure exceptional customer service.
In this supervisory role, you'll manage daily yard operations, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards in alignment with UFA’s mission. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability while serving customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of yard equipment
• Oversee shipping and receiving with compliance

• Resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Maintain organized and safe working conditions
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required
• Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education an asset
• Valid WHMIS and TDG certifications
