**Job Title: Yard Manager**
**Job Description**
The Yard Manager oversees daily yard operations and ensures a smooth, efficient workflow across the facility. This role combines hands-on yard work with administrative responsibilities, including supervision of staff, coordination of production activities, and oversight of inventory, shipping, and receiving. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, either 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and able to make quick, practical decisions to support the team and maintain equipment effectively.
