1. 全面负责西餐厅日常运营管理,包括人员排班、服务质量监督、客户投诉处理及顾客满意度提升;
2. 制定并执行月度经营计划,管控食材成本、人力成本及运营费用,确保达成营收与利润目标;
3. 主导菜单优化、新品研发协调及供应商管理,保障出品质量与供应链稳定性;
4. 组织员工培训与团队建设,提升服务标准与岗位胜任力,营造积极协作的团队氛围;
5. 遵守食品安全、消防及劳动法规,落实门店安全运营与合规管理要求。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备5年以上高端西餐厅或国际连锁餐饮品牌一线管理经验,其中至少2年担任主管或副经理以上职务;
3. 熟悉西餐服务流程、厨房运作逻辑及前后场协同机制,具备独立统筹百人以上客流单店运营能力;
4. 精通餐饮成本控制、P&L分析及基础财务报表解读,熟练使用POS系统及主流餐饮管理软件;
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与团队领导力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
