MAIN PURPOS
Assemble, test, calibrate and inspect instruments for distribution to the mining sector.
Minimum Qualification Required
Matric / N3 Technical;
Basic understanding of electronics;
Ability to read drawings;
Basic maths;
Reading comprehensive skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble
•Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems
• Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
• Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, wax, press fits, or glue similar operations to join or secure parts in place, using hand tools
• Cutting, stripping and connecting component lead wires and cables to printed...
