Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect (RIBA, AIA, ARB or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and digital tools
- Strong design, technical, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of UAE and KSA regulatory frameworks
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience
- At least 5 years in the Middle East
- Experience in large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or civic projects
