Job Description: Plan, implement, and manage
WSH management systems and safety programmes
onsite Conduct and review
Risk Assessments (RA), MSRA, and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) EHS committee facilitations Perform gap analysis against client's site EHS Standards as well as any local regulations updates Perform regular
site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification Investigate
incidents, near misses, and non-compliance issues
, and recommend corrective actions Monitor and enforce compliance with
WSH Act, MOM regulations, and site safety requirements Prepare and present
WSH reports, statistics, and monthly safety performance reports Liaise with relevant authorities Lead, guide, and coach the
site safety team and supervisors Promote a strong
safety culture
