JM Selection are currently recruiting for a trusted leader in rail, plant, and HGV maintenance delivering quality, reliability, and excellence to every client we serve.
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy maintenance workshop. This is a leadership-focused role responsible for coordinating workloads, managing workshop schedules, and supporting a team of technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role
Book work into the workshop, plan workloads, and ensure all jobs are prioritised and completed on schedule
