Workshop Manager – Fleet Maintenance (Trucks & Vehicles)

Job Purpose

The Workshop Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all workshop operations related to the preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's fleet of trucks, heavy commercial vehicles, light vehicles, trailers, and related equipment. The role ensures maximum vehicle availability, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, cost-effective maintenance practices, and efficient management of workshop personnel and resources.
