Workshop Manager / Diesel Mechanic

Duties: Maintenance of the reserves fleet of vehicles, including preventative and ad hoc maintenance Ordering of parts and ensuring their timely delivery Maintenance of a neat and organized workshop with an adequate stock of frequently used spares Supervision and training of workshop staff Contribution towards sustainability goals by constantly seeking ways to make vehicle and workshop operations more environmentally friendly Repairs and maintenance of gate motors and solar and electrical water pumps Effective financial management of workshop operations through the administration and recording of orders, stock control and working within agreed budgets Record-keeping of vehicle service schedules and other related administrative tasks Ensuring quality and care of workshop equipment and products in accordance with standard operating procedures Other duties as may be requested by the Reserve Manager Requirements Recognized qualification as a diesel mechanic Minimum 3 years of experience wo...
