Job Summary

Workshop Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance. The role ensures the smooth functioning of workshop activities, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and mechanics on the workshop floor.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, including refuse compactors, city compactor, skip loader, hook loader, tankers, and other specialized equipment.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of job cards, spare parts usage, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with the operations team to prioritize vehicles based on operational requirements.
