Workshop Foreman

The Workshop Foreman is responsible for leading the direct work in the workshop and supervising daily staff activities. They must ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable instructions, in a rational and economic way for both the customer and the company, and that a high level of customer satisfaction is consistently met. They provide guidance where required through the relevant technical literature and manage the team end‑to‑end.

• Ensure that Technicians comply with Scania Standards.
• Ensure necessary control of workshop equipment, vehicles and special tools.
• Observe and follow directives given in policies, instructions and SHEQ, and address any issues of poor workmanship immediately.

Applicant must meet these minimum requirements:

• Qualified Diesel Technician with Trade certificate
