Workshop Administrator - Rotorua

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join Ritchies, at our Rotorua Depot on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week. This role reports into the Workshop Manager.

You will oversee and undertake the day‑to‑day operation of the workshop administration tasks– VMS being the primary system for workshop & maintenance operations. You will also be responsible for department purchasing, stock control (including stock takes), and booking in the fleet with external repairers/contractors as required.
