Job Description

We are looking for a commercially focused professional who can work closely with operational and commercial teams to reduce work in progress (WIP), enhance margins, and provide robust analysis from job to contract level while maintaining compliance with contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual scope and support contract development activities
  • Work with the Commercial Team Leader to reduce WIP levels and improve job margins
  • Collaborate with operational teams to maximise profitability on reactive and quoted works
  • Provide robust commercial analysis at both job and contract level
  • Produce accurate and timely Applications for Payment
  • Oversee the quality of Application for Payment submissions to maximise payment streams and reduce WIP
