TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a leading rail infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced Works Delivery Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of a significant programme of rail examinations, surveys and associated works.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader with a strong rail background who can drive programme delivery, lead high-performing teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role:
As Works Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of a large operational workbank, ensuring the successful planning, mobilisation and execution of rail examination and survey activities.
Working closely with planning, commercial and technical teams, you will oversee operational performance, manage programme risks, provide accurate forecasting and ensure delivery targets are consistently achieved.
