Works Coordinator

About the Role

Location: Glasgow

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Salary: up to £ depending on experience

What you will be doing

• Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
• Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
• Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
• Arranging and tracking works permits
• Supporting with risk assessments & method statements
• Collation of personnel‑related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
• Logging absence requests
• General admin duties around the depot
