Position Overview
As a Technology Infrastructure Specialist at OCBC, you will lead and oversee end‑user services (EUS) operations, governance and risk management across desktop software, device lifecycle, and workplace technology domains for APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Regional Governance
- Responsible for Workplace Technology operations and governance.
- Drive regional process alignment to standardize practices across markets.
- Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure consistency, control, and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, Risk and Business units to align priorities
- Desktop Software & Tools Inventory & Asset Lifecycle Management
- Oversee desktop software management, including provisioning, lifecycle, and compliance.
- Lead inventory management for EUC assets including endpoints, peripherals, and licenses.
