- Supporting the operational handling and tracking of incoming customer requests through the CRIM (Customer Requirements - Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customer requests and internal response databases.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and metrics that track CRIM performance, response times, and business impact.
- Assisting in process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data transparency across functions.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and analytics for senior management to communicate CRIM’s progress, insights, and impact.
- Collaborating closely with global teams across functions such as ESG, EHS, Procurement, R&D, as well as Regional Colleagues in EMEA, APAC and the Americas to ensure smooth end-to-end coordination.
