Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of the subcontracted workforce to ensure the right people are available at the right time to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety: Adhere to, enforce relevant legislation and policies, and ensure that the highestdegree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.Maintain and enhance the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards within the scope of this role.
