Workforce Management Specialist

Summary About the Position: Serve as staff advisor reporting to the Mission Support Chief, USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) on matters relating to civilian workforce management. Act as the liaison with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC), and USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6 to assist management in the effective utilization of workforce resources. Responsibilities Keep abreast of and advise the USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6 staff of changes affecting these functional areas. Perform on-going analysis of workforce resources support as they relate to performance and effectiveness. Use production tools and reports to track the status of action and assist managers in competing actions in a timely manner. Assess organization needs and identify opportunities to maximize capabilities and achieve organizational goals.
