POSITION TITLE: Workforce Services Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains overall accuracy of Roster Data in the tool
- Process request for activation and deactivation of access in the SRT tool
- Process roll in and roll off requests of operations in the HB App
- Sends reports related to head count
- Conducts regular audit, validation and governance to ensure timely submission of requests by operations
- Conduct calibration with PMO team
