**Summary of the Role**:
In this new and dedicated role, the Workforce Analytics Manager will design, implement, and deliver sophisticated and high-quality data insights and dashboards to internal stakeholders to drive informed business and people decisions. You will work with cross-functional partners to provide standard and new critical analytics as the business evolves.
**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide people analytics that empower leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize and enable their talent and organizational strategies.
- Enhance / build dashboards and scorecards to track and report on business-critical measures, identify patterns and trends that provide valuable insights across HR processes and programs.
