Workflow Automation Specialist

We're looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist to help design and optimize business workflows across the organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product Management, QA, TQM, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Leadership to build and enhance our workflow automation and Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and operational processes into efficient software workflows.
• Configure and maintain Confluence-based workflows and documentation.
• Support QMS processes, approvals, and process documentation.
• Develop workflows that track critical KPIs, defects, releases, training records, licenses, customer communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate business processes.
