Job Description

We are seeking a Business Application Analyst (BAA) with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent, who can support configuration tasks, contribute to business process automation, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and has a strong understanding of Workday’s no-code configuration model.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Workday Recruiting and Talent modules based on finalized requirements from BSAs.

Participate in informational and design sessions alongside Product Owners to understand business needs and automation flows.
