Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technology & Process Improvement Analyst. In this role, you will focus on leveraging technology to optimize HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will be working closely with the Service Excellence team to implement and enhance technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve the overall HR experience for employees and the organization.
