Workday HRIS Analyst

Wesleyan’s Information Technology Services (ITS) is agile, energetic, and collaborative with strong support for professional development and staff creativity. Enterprise Systems, an integral part of ITS, supports the University’s Workday System. The Enterprise team consists of three prongs – Workday HCM and Finance, Workday Student and Advancement Systems. The Workday HCM and Finance team headed by the Assistant Director, Workday HCM and Finance is a team of 3. Wesleyan went live with the implementation of Workday HCM for Academic Affairs, Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and ITS in July 2024. Workday post-implementation has been successful, and we are currently transitioning to the support and enhancement phase and related challenges.


Reporting to the Assistant Director, Workday HCM and Finance, this position is primarily responsible for supporting Wesleyan’s HR and integrated systems with primary focus in Recruiting, Talent, Core HR, and Benefits functional areas. <...
