Workday HCM Enterprise Architect — Global HR Strategy

STRADA SINGAPORE PAYROLL PTE. LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture and strategic evolution of our global Workday HCM platform. This key role will drive the end-to-end HCM architecture to align with our global people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in defining HCM architecture strategies, engaging with HR and IT leadership, and ensuring the integration and optimization of HR solutions.
