Workday Financials Project Manager – Madrid – 12-Month Fixed‑Term Contract

Location: Madrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

We are supporting a major organisation seeking an experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to lead the next phase of a large‑scale finance transformation programme.

This role will focus on Workday Financials optimisation, localisation, change management, and complex integrations with external and enterprise systems. We are looking for a hands‑on delivery leader who can manage challenging stakeholder groups, drive accountability, build consensus, and ensure successful delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.
