IT Endpoint Services manages end-user data and software applications assuring accessibility at any time, from any place, and from a secure and reliable BSU-issued endpoint device.

Position Information
Student employees will be trained to troubleshoot a variety of account and computer issues such as:

Providing in person technical support to faculty, staff, and students

assisting customers with logging into their accounts or password resets

fixing printer issues

installing software

assisting with the laptop loaner program

You may be assigned to assist with the support of audio-visual equipment in campus classrooms and meeting spaces. Students are to respond to the classroom to provide immediate assistance and resolution. Tickets and reports are to be updated accordingly.
