Wms & Tms Systems Specialist (Supply Chain It)

Position OverviewWe are looking for an IT Supply Chain Systems Specialist with strong experience in WMS and TMS to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Midea's North LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador).
This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and optimization of WMS and TMS platforms, while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of WMS and TMS solutionsTranslate business requirements into system configurations and functional specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, IT, and external vendors)Manage system integrations between WMS/TMS and ERP platformsProvide hands‐on troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvementsParticipate in testing phases (UAT, regression, go‐liv...
