Winemaker & Viticulturist

Our client is a well-established wine estate situated in the heart of the Overberg. Renowned for producing wines that express the unique character of their terroir, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Winemaker & Viticulturist to join their Senior Management team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic wine professional to lead all aspects of the winemaking operations, while working closely with the vineyard team to ensure the continued production of exceptional wines and the ongoing growth of the brand.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Winemaking: Lead, plan and execute all aspects of the winemaking process, ensuring the highest standards of quality from grape intake through to final blend and bottling.
