This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting guests with product selection, answering inquiries, and ensuring the store is merchandised to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a knowledgeable about wine and spirits with a desire to learn more, a passion for building customer relationships, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Role & Responsibilities 

Customer Service & Sales

  • Provide advice and personalized recommendations to customers on wine and spirits
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and product availability questions
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

    • Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Support the Wine Store Manager in merchandising, product displays, and maintaining company visual standards
