Execute patch management for Windows servers and endpoints as per defined schedules
Coordinate with endpoint teams for OS and application patch deployment
Address vulnerability remediation findings (e.g., Rapid7 / scanning tools)
Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security policies

Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Operations
Monitor AD and DNS health, logs, and performance metrics
Troubleshoot issues related to authentication failures, replication, DNS resolution, and GPOs
Provide L2/L3 support for identity and Windows infrastructure incidents
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
