Job Description – Windows Administrator (EMS Factory)

Position: Windows System Administrator

Location: EMS Factory

Role Summary

The Windows Administrator will be responsible for managing, supporting, and securing the Windows-based IT infrastructure within the EMS factory environment. This includes servers, endpoints, Active Directory, production systems, and factory floor devices. The role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance with IT and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Server & OS Management

· Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).

· Manage server roles such as AD DS, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, WSUS, IIS.

· Perform OS hardening, updates, and performance tuning.

Active Directory & Identity Management

· Manage user accounts, groups, OU structure, and GPO creation/troubleshooting.
