Windows infrastructure architect

We are seeking a Windows Infrastructure Architect to lead enterprise-scale infrastructure engagements. This role blends deep technical expertise , structured troubleshooting , and customer-facing delivery. You will partner directly with clients to stabilize, optimize, and modernize their infrastructure, ensuring reliability and resilience at scale.
Unlike a pure design/build role, this position emphasizes diagnosing real-world issues , driving resolution, and embedding long-term improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary technical advisor for infrastructure programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and define actionable solutions.
Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and architecture discussions.
Apply hands-on expertise across:
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Hyper-V virtualization & Failover Clustering
Cluster networking, storage, replication, and disaster recovery
