Windows 365 Cloud PC

Responsibilities: - Define and own the Windows 365 Cloud PC service setup. - Service strategy understanding, standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes. - Evaluate emerging technologies and Microsoft updates for modernization. - Acting as Service Owner, lead daily operations ensuring availability and performance. - Oversee provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management of Cloud PCs. - Collaborate with support teams on incidents and problem resolution. - Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with multiple teams to monitor service, risks and implement controls. - Maintain service documentation and playbooks.
