Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Will Call Clerk / Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers picking up orders at our will call window. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive pickup experience while supporting accurate order fulfillment in coordination with our Shipping, Will Call, and Warehouse teams.
