White-Glove Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Outset Medical, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support day-to-day interview coordination and elevate the candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver white-glove service to every candidate. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, schedule interviews via Outlook/Teams, build a diverse pipeline, conduct phone screenings, and analyze recruiting KPIs to improve processes.
