WFS Time and Attendance Business Analyst (Senior Specialist)

We are seeking a **WFS Time and Attendance Business Analyst** with experience of time tracking, scheduling and absence requirements within a complex multi-business unionized environment. This is **Senior Specialist** , so you will ideally have a background working with **ADP WorkForce Suite (WFS) - this is critical requirement** . This role will take the lead in partnering with our business teams to solve business challenges by leveraging process, technology and systems expertise.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business and functional requirements

+ Leading workshops to capture business requirements and system processes

+ Developing requirements documents, specifications, process flows, data mapping and diagrams for developers and testers to follow.
