As the West Region Pharmacy Consulting Leader, you will lead our West Region Pharmacy Consulting team and contribute to new strategic and innovative directions for our pharmacy business. You will lead large, highly visible client engagements and regional Rx consulting team priorities. You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the world’s leading HR consulting firms and have the ability to contribute to the evolution of pharmacy and broader health care delivery in North America. You will grow our solutions portfolio with a focus on driving client value and revenue while also leading regional growth, retention, staffing, collaboration, colleague development, and regional market engagement.
